Led by some of Omaha’s most seasoned birth professionals, Shannon and Andrea. Together, with their wealth of experience and knowledge, will guide you through the intricacies of prenatal care, labor stages, comfort measures, medical interventions, breastfeeding, newborn care, and so much more.
In this group class setting we will go beyond just providing information; it’s here to help you truly understand childbirth, build valuable connections, and equip you with everything you need for a confident and informed birth.

Yes! This class will be designed for any parents who wish to grow in their education and understanding of the labor and birth process.
We recommend 28-34 weeks gestation.
