Welcome to our comprehensive Childbirth Education Class. This one-day class is designed to empower you and your birth partner with the knowledge and confidence needed for a transformative birth experience.

Led by some of Omaha’s most seasoned birth professionals, Shannon and Andrea. Together, with their wealth of experience and knowledge, will guide you through the intricacies of prenatal care, labor stages, comfort measures, medical interventions, breastfeeding, newborn care, and so much more.

In this group class setting we will go beyond just providing information; it’s here to help you truly understand childbirth, build valuable connections, and equip you with everything you need for a confident and informed birth.

Coping techniques for contractions, progression,
Natural pain relief methods (breathing, movement, visualization),
