Omaha Postpartum Support Group

Omaha Birth & Babies proudly hosts a monthly postpartum support group.

Our Postpartum Support Group offers guided discussions and peer assistance to mothers who may be facing challenges during their transition to motherhood. These sessions are led by postpartum doulas, Shannon & Andrea, both of whom have personal and professional experience in the obstacles that can come with having a baby.

For in-person gatherings, we meet on the final Thursday of every month from 9:15 am to 10:15 am at:

Aligned Health & Wellness
3821 N 167th Court, Suite 110
